Building Enquiry - Regulation 51Apply for property information as prescribed within Regulation 51(1), (2), & (3) of the Building Regulations 2018.

Important Notes:
  • A current certificate of title must be attached to the application (dated within last 3 months)
  • One application must be submitted per property
  • The relevant fee is payable for each box ticked
  • Fees are subject to change without notice in accordance with legislation changes
  • Insufficient information will result in the return of this application
Copy of Building Plans - Regulation 50Apply to get copies of building plans and building permit documentation for your property.

Note that only the property owner, or an agent authorised by the owner, may make this application.

Important Notes:
  • If you are not the owner or mortgagee of the land then you must provide a letter of consent from the owner(s) or mortgagee(s).
  • Up to four (4) files and/or plans may be requested for the search fee.
  • If we provide the requested documents but they do not contain the information that you require, the fee will not be refunded.
  • When a search is made and no building permit plans are on file for the requested address, we will provide a refund of up to 80% of the fee paid. You will need to advise us of your bank details for us to process the refund.
Legal Point of DischargeApply to receive Legal Point of Discharge (stormwater) for a property.
